Trained at Delhi’s prestigious Ashoka Hotel in 1989 and refined at the world-renowned Oberoi Hotel, Chef Pramod has worked alongside celebrity chefs and gained international expertise in Saudi Arabia.

His passion lies in North Indian cuisine, where every dish embodies a perfect balance of tradition, artistry, and flavor. His signature creations — Murgh Maharaja and Rabbit Lababdar — showcase his dedication to culinary excellence and authenticity.
